The National Contact Point for Horizon Europe in Poland, together with the European Commission and the University of Warsaw, invites Horizon Europe beneficiaries, project coordinators, grant managers, and research support staff to participate in Horizon Europe Implementation Day 2026.

The event will provide practical guidance on the implementation of Horizon Europe projects directly from European Commission experts responsible for programme implementation.

Participants will gain up-to-date information on:

• simplification measures introduced in Horizon Europe 2026–2027;
• lump sum funding and technical reviews;
• financial and non-financial obligations of beneficiaries;
• preparation for audits and ex post controls;
• support services for bringing research results to market;
• latest developments in the Funding & Tenders Portal and the EU Funding & Me mobile application.

The event will combine expert presentations with dedicated Q&A sessions, offering participants the opportunity to discuss practical implementation challenges directly with European Commission representatives.
