10 czerwca 2025 Europejska Agencja Wykonawcza ds. Zdrowia i Cyfryzacji (HADEA) oficjalnie otworzyła konkursy w ramach klastra 4 związane z technologiami cyfrowymi (Digital). Całkowity budżet konkursów to 536,1 mln euro. Termin składania wniosków upływa 2 października 2025. 

Konkursy HORIZON-CL4-2025-03 oraz HORIZON-CL4-2025-04  obejmują 28 tematów w 4 różnych kierunkach badawczych (destynacjach) związanych z programem prac klastra 4:
