- No Posters will be accepted unless a title and description (half page) has been submitted by e-mail to Ms. Anna Jurczak (jurczak@uj.edu.pl) , according to the conference criteria. Deadline of submission: September, 10th 2006.
- Commercial advertisement or publicity will not be permitted in the Poster session. Authors violating this rule will be immediately asked to remove their Poster.
- Space for Poster sessions will be provided in the conference program. Plan your display to fit within the following space limitations: one upright panel approximately 80 centimetres wide and 100 centimetres high, raised from the floor to eye level.
- Present displayed information from top to bottom. Title and author's names and affiliations must be at the top of the display.
- Authors should minimise written text, but use it when necessary to emphasise detail or stimulate discussion. The recommended print size is +/- 2,5 - 5 cm.
- All illustrations, drawings, charts, figures and the like should be sufficiently large to allow easy reading from a distance of about 1,5 meter. Photographs are recommended to enhance visibility.
- Authors are responsible for setting up their displays at the conference site; pins, tapes and thumbtacks will be supplied at the conference.
- Authors are required to be present at their display during the entire scheduled Poster session. No posters will be displayed without author's participation.
- Authors are responsible for the security of their displays and items of value. The Organizers will not assume any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged articles.
