Practical Informations
- All interested in participation in the event are asked to register online at the project website submitting their profiles and presenting ideas for future project proposals. On the basis of the registration, the online matching will be organized, resulting in personal timetables of registered participants. After the matching made online, the final confirmation of participation in the event will be sent by the organizers to those registered participants who matched with suitable partners for bilateral/mutual meetings and/or present profiles /project ideas of high quality.
- Selected participants will be invited to provide 10-min presentation during brokerage sessions
- FP7 NMP/INCO Brokerage Event is free of charge event
- Travel and accommodation costs of selected participants presenting project ideas and matching online with suitable partners will be covered within IncoNet EECA project. Experts from project partnering Eastern Europe and Central Asia countries (Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Azerbejdżan, Moldova, Belarus, and Georgia ) are asked to contact their local Information Points to receive more information about reimbursement possibilities within IncoNet EECA project.
- All participants of the NMP/INCO Brokerage Event will be also allowed to take part in two days of parallel organized international conference E-MRS Fall Meeting, taking part in conference sessions and using facilities during these two days.
At the same time, E-MRS Fall Meeting participants will be allowed to enter all sessions of the Brokerage. Nevertheless, the BE matching facility and the social event will be available only for confirmed Brokerage participants.
