The matching facility is destined for individual meetings arrangement. The system allows for request for the meeting any registered participant. But, in order to complete the meeting arrangement, the confirmation from the requested participant is required.
The system informs about the request by sending an e-mail, without disclosing the e-mail of the sender. If you want to provide your e-mail to the message receiver, you have to write it explicitly in the message body.
Please, note, that the registration for FP7 NMP/INCO Brokerage Event is provided by the service Science24.com. The matching facility is a system separate from the registration, therefore an additional authentication is required, using the same login and password as for registration.
The data in the matching service are updated periodically (at least daily), therefore do not be upset if your name does not appear in the matching service just after registration, or your documents are absent just after submission.
We hope you find the system intuitive and user friendly, but please provide us your remarks about its usefulness. The system is still under development. Some planned functionalities are still unavailable (such as, for example, sorting). In order to facilitate the use of the system, a compact Matching Manual has been prepared (http://www.kpk.gov.pl/pliki/plik.html?id=10034), as well as the list of registered participants in MS Excel file is provided (http://www.kpk.gov.pl/pliki/plik.html?id=10029).
