Brokerage Event

The ERANIS international event in the fields of KBBE, ICT, NMP and Energy
Warsaw, October 10, 2008


The large - scale international event within the ERANIS Project will be held on 10th of October in Warsaw. The event is directed to most potential organisations from ERANIS partnering NIS: Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Moldova and interested scientific institutes and enterprises from European Union.

The event will cover 4 research areas, identified as important by project Eastern Partners, namely ICT, NMP, KBBE and Energy.

Through this activity we would like to follow the Project intentions:
  • create the possibility for NIS organizations to establish new strategic RTD partnerships to realize their ideas and scientific potential via Framework Programme
  • to present concrete project ideas seeking to utilize their competence in co-operation with scientific institutes and enterprises from European Union
  • to bring together the skills and knowledge of the potential consortia members from EU and NIS
  • to give partners from NIS the possibility for an adequate international exploitation of their research results, benefiting Europe at large
  • to promote and facilitate the technology transfer form NIS to European Union and visa versa
  • to transfer the experience, expertise and contacts between successful Project coordinators from other MS to NIS
The event is free of charge

It will consist of four parallel thematic sessions, coordinated by thematic FP7 coordinators from National Contact Point in Poland:

Session I. Food, Agriculture and Fisheries and Biotechnology (KBBE): :

To have possibility to take part in the event:
  • Submit your profile online by filling in the Partner Search Form or Expression of Interest Form
  • Match with suitable partner(s) online
  • Receive confirmation of participation from the organizer of the event with the personal schedule of the meeting(s) during the parallel sessions of the event

All submitted profiles will be gathered in Online Profiles Catalogue, which is opened to be overviewed at the event website.

Those who submit their profiles at the event website will be visible in the Online Profiles Catalogue and will have the possibility to select online suitable partner(s) they wish to meet with during the ERANIS Brokerage Event.
